Motoring.co.uk and What Car? have joined forces to provide OEM’s with the largest pool of live new car leads in the UK.
Chris Green, Co-Founder and Sales Director of Motoring.co.uk said “this new partnership with What Car? enables us to further strengthen our existing lead generation offering to motor manufacturers providing by far the most targeted automotive data in the industry. Since the launch of Motoring.co.uk’s new Research and Valuation Data Channels in January 2011, we have become the no 1 lead generation portal for manufacturers and dealers. What Car? and Motoring.co.uk joining forces in this way is simply the no1 new car lead generation proposition for car manufacturers.”
Andrew Golby, What Car?’s publishing director said “we're delighted to be strengthening our partnership with motoring.co.uk. We've spent a long time working on this project together, and have great confidence that together we'll offer a first-class service to our users. For the industry, this is an opportunity to reach the What Car? audience in an all-new way. We know that a very high proportion of our users are genuine in-market car buyers, and this new venture will provide very high quality leads as a consequence. The valuations section on whatcar.com has long been one of the most popular areas of the site. The new section offers much enhanced functionality, and a valuation certificate for all users. Used car buyers and sellers have never been better equipped to haggle."
What Car?, is due to re-launch its used car valuations section later this month and will begin collecting data from users in return for a PDF certificate verifying a car’s value. The user data will pre-qualify through the motoring.co.uk advice centre to create the data pool.
